We hope you are thrilled with your order. Nevertheless, should you wish to exchange or refund, we ask that all items are returned unworn and in all their original packaging within 14 days of receipt in order to receive a full refund.
We cannot accept the following returns:
- Beauty and Cosmetics products due to the hygienic and public safety from Covid-19
- Items that has been worn
- Any item deemed by us not in a condition to be resold
- Items where the branded packaging has been damaged or missing
- Any item requested for return outside the 14 day time frame

EXCHANGE & RETURNS
1.0: Exchanges or Returns applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you. Only merchandise purchased at full retail price is eligible for returns.
2.0: We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.
3.0: Specify your order number and the name of the exchange item, the new color and size on the return/exchange email to email@example.com Include the request in your return package as well. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
4.0: If you are exchanging an item due to a mistake made by ANIIIQA Ltd. we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you.
5.0: Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. Once we receive your package our shipping department will do a quality control of the items.
6.0: You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the processing with the new order if it is an Exchange. If it is a Return you will receive an e-mail notification with your refund.
7.0: Exchanges may take up to 14 days for processing if item is unavailable and requires production on it.
8.0: It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Aniiiqa Inc. when you return it back to us! We recommend you ship and insure the package via one of these couriers; FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT or ARAMEX and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records
9.0: Card refunds may take up to 7 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
10.0: Refunds only covers the price of the product NOT the shipping cost.
11.0: Aniiiqa Ltd. is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages
12.0: Please note that any Duties and Taxes paid on delivery cannot be refunded.
DAMAGE TO ITEMS BY CUSTOMER
ALL ITEMS ARE INSPECTED THOROUGHLY BEFORE SHIPPING. WE CANNOT TAKE FAULT ON DAMAGED ITEMS AFTER THEY ARE WORN.
Please note that our items are all made of luxury garments and other delicate materials and are not subject to returns or exchanges if they are damaged while trying on. Please ensure accurate sizing is chosen. If an item feels like it does not fit please do not force it otherwise it will damage the item and we will not accept returns or exchanges.
RECEIVED A DAMAGE ITEM(S)

1.0: We take pictures of all items before shipping and store them in a database
2.0: If by change you receive an item(s), that is damaged or have any sign of being defect, you have 48 hours to claim it. Any claims that comes after 48 hours will be refused. The claim period starts the minute you sign for receiving the package with our courier.
Sale items, discounted items, customized items, swimwear and undergarments are FINAL SALE and can NOT be Returned or Exchanged!
BOGO Sale items bought at full price are only exchangeable!!!
*** Items damaged from wear and tear will not be considered as faulty and will not be received as a return or for exchange*** Swimwear does not come with hygienic liner as we do not accept refunds or exchanges on swimwear! No exceptions please ensure accurate sizing due to policy. Email us for further information!
Orders are processed immediately. "In Process" means that your order is in the early stages of shipping. Changes to your order cannot be made during this time, but you can always email to make a return or exchange once your order has arrived.
All customized orders are final and are not eligible for Exchange or Refund.
STORE CREDIT/ GIFT RETURNS
If you return an item and do not want an exchange, you will be issued an online gift card. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the receipt of your return, provided that your e-mail address is available. Gift cards expire within one year from the date of issue. Same return/exchange policies apply to gift recipients who would like to return the Aniiiqa Ltd. merchandise for store credit or an exchange.
In case of Force Majeure, Aniiiqa Ltd. obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and Aniiiqa Ltd. can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Aniiiqa Inc. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, global pandemic, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, lockdown, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Under such circumstances, Aniiiqa Ltd. will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.
